Need to Cancel?
Text reminders are sent out between 3-5 days before your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within less than 48 hours, you will be subject to a fee charge of the appointment amount.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 48 hours before.
Having Second Thoughts?
If you’re having second thoughts about the service that you’ve just had, please notify us within 48 hours so we can get you back in.
If you let us know outside this window, you will be subject to a service fee.
Running Late?
If you’re running 10 minutes behind your appointment time, please let us know before your scheduled time.
If you run late more than 15 minutes, we will most likely have to reschedule and a fee charge may be applied.
New Client?
For all new clients we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. This amount is then deducted from your service.
Please check your inboxes as well as voice messages for payment details. Once the payment has been received, your appointment will be confirmed.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, more than 48 hours notice from your original booking is required for your deposit to be carried over to the new booking (cancellation policy still applies).
